For all refund issues related to orders placed on www.hemphealthnow.net, please contact us via this email link.
We do not handle refunds for purchases made at independent retail locations. If you purchased a Hemp Health product at a retail location or through a website other than hemphealthnow.net, you will need to deal directly with the store or website where you purchased it.
Return window
If you purchased from www.hemphealthnow.net, you may request a return, refund, or exchange as long as you notify us within 10 days of your order being delivered. Refunds are not considered, and no returns or exchanges will be granted, if you have not contacted us within 10 days from the date your order was delivered.
Returns for any reason (including change of mind)
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products, including change-of-mind returns, on items that are new or only slightly used. To start a return for any reason, contact us here within 10 days of delivery. Once your return is approved, we will email you a free, downloadable return shipping label. Returns are made by mail. Please do not ship anything back before discussing return details with us.
There is no restocking fee, and the return shipping label is free. Refunds are processed within 5 business days of us receiving and reviewing your returned item.
Please note: because cannabinoids affect everyone differently, a product's effectiveness is not a valid reason for a refund.
Damaged, unusable, or missing items
If a product arrives damaged or unusable, or if your shipment is missing any products, please notify us within 24 hours of arrival by email at support@hemphealthnow.net or via this form.
Your message must contain:
- Your order number in the subject line (for example: "DAMAGED PRODUCT / MISSING ITEMS – ORDER #_____")
- A description of what happened
- A photo of the product in question
- A photo of the box
- A photo of the packing slip
Once we receive this information, we will make a determination. This review process can take up to 5 business days (sometimes longer, depending on the issue). Failing to provide all requested information may result in automatic denial of your request.
In the event of a valid return or exchange, we will reach out with instructions on how to proceed. Do not ship anything before discussing shipping details with us.
